By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following billing terms:

1. Recurring Charges: Your credit card will be charged monthly for the subscription fee associated with the service you have subscribed to. The amount charged will be agreed upon during the initial subscription process.

2. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription and will continue on a monthly basis unless canceled. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you choose to cancel it before the renewal date. You will continue to be charged until the subscription is canceled.

4. Updating Payment Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card information is accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in the suspension or termination of your subscription.

5. Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee with prior notice. Any changes to the fee will be communicated to you via email or through the platform’s notification system.

6. Cancellation: To cancel your subscription to BuilderPaid, please send an email to billing@builderpaid.com with your request to cancel. Be sure to include your company name in the email.

Cancellation Details:

Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
Once the cancellation is processed, your subcontractors and all users will no longer have access to their portal or the ability to submit invoices.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

7. No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.

8. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, and you are responsible for any such taxes imposed on the subscription fee.

9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, without prior notice, for violation of terms of service, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary by us.

By subscribing to our service and providing you credit card information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these billing terms.
